By accessing or using the Tripollon website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or join our waitlist.

Tripollon is in a pre-launch stage. The Site currently provides information about Tripollon and allows visitors to join a waitlist to receive updates. The Tripollon product and features may change over time, and additional terms may apply once the product is released.

If you join the waitlist, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• We may contact you by email with product updates and early access opportunities
• Waitlist membership does not guarantee product access, specific features, or availability in your region
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails

• Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Tripollon and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
